Chef Louie was born in San Carlos City, Philippines before making his way to Chicago in the early 2000's.
He was the executive chef at Sunda New Asian, executive sous chef at Gibson's Steakhouse, and has opened multiple restaurants including Storyville & Chalet.
*This experience is about 2 hours long from 6:30-8:30 pm.

Start with a welcome cocktail to enjoy while you take a tour of the distillery and learn the process of making our spirits. After the tour you will make 2 cocktails and try spirits/liqueurs neat while you learn cocktail techniques and tricks!
