The Apricot Brandy was made as a trial with hopes of adding it to our traditional spirit offerings. The stone fruit seasons have been incredibly short in the midwest, and so we’ve only bottled this fine sprit 1 time. It became a fast favorite in the tasting room, and throughout some well known Chicago bars, and we hope to bring it back in the future.

Made 100% from Michigan apricots in the tradition of all of our other spirits. Working from whole fruit, and using some of the separated stones in the fermentation for added flavor. This brandy matured in stainless steel for almost 2 years before it made it into bottles.
