1 oz Mango Brandy

1 oz Orange Juice

1/4 oz St. Germain

1/4 oz Simple Syrup

stir, top with cava  

strain to flute


CHERRY LIME FIZZ

2 oz RHINE HALL CHERRY BRANDY

.75 oz fresh lime juice

.5 oz simple syrup

3 dashes of cherry bitters

fill shaker with ice and strain into new glass of ice

top with 1.5 oz soda water with lime wedge

 


GRAHAM BAM THANK YOU MAAM

1 oz RHINE HALL PLUM BRANDY

1 oz Pisco

.75 oz fresh lemon juice

.5 oz simple syrup

.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino

dash of Peychaud's bitters on top

shake and strain into new glass (served with out ice)

2 oz RHINE HALL APPLE BRANDY (or RHINE HALL PEAR BRANDY)

.50 oz Simple Syrup

.75 oz Lemon Juice

2 dashes grapefruit bitters

shake and strain into flute glass

Top with Prosecco

2 oz Chilled Rooibos Tea (can be any fruity tea)

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.75 oz Ginger Syrup

5 dashes Regans' Orange Bitters

Garnish with lemon wheel + mint

 

 


KIRSCH OLD FASHIONED

We are swapping out our flagship Rhine Hall Old Fashioned (with the Apple Brandy) on this one.

2 oz RHINE HALL CHERRY BRANDY

1/8 oz 100% Pure Maple Syrup

3-4 dashes of Angostura bitters


BEE'S KNEES

2 oz RHINE HALL MANGO BRANDY (can replace this with rhine hall peach + apple)

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz honey

shake rigorously and pour over new ice in a low ball glass

MANGO TANGO

1.5 oz RHINE HALL MANGO BRANDY

2 oz Orange juice

Muddle jalapeño 

fill ice in collins glass

top with ginger beer

2 dashes of peychauds bitters


CHERRY SMASH

.75 OZ RHINE HALL CHERRY BRANDY

1 oz Bourbon

juice half a lime wedge

fill glass with ice to rim, stir, and top with either: cola, ginger beer, or soda water

1 oz Cinnamon-Infused Apple Brandy (see below to make below)

.5 oz Rhine Hall Apple Brandy

1/2 oz fresh squeezed orange juice

1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 oz simple syrup

About 2 oz of hot water & stir

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

garnish with orange peel

*just add 2-2 inch cinnamon sticks to your bottle of Rhine Hall Apple Brandy (750ml bottle).  Let it sit for 24-48 hours according to taste.  Remove and you're all set!


GRETA'S GLOGG

1 1/2 bottle of fruity red wine (Syrah)

1/2 bottle of Rhine Hall Apple Brandy (750ml)

2-3 star anise & 2-3 cardamom

1 cinnamon stick

I long strip of lemon/orange peel

1 tsp sugar

Cook for 5-10 min on low heat

**MULLED BIXBY'S DOUBLE

Same recipe as 'Bixby's Double' here, just add mulling spices according to directions 2 hours before serving!
